Responsible for modernizing the organization's technology stack through cloud adoption, automation, and AI-driven systems, while maintaining a strong security and compliance posture across all operations.

Lead cross-functional teams spanning infrastructure, development, data engineering, and cybersecurity, with a focus on building scalable platforms that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support revenue growth.

Began my career as a Systems Engineer during the height of the dot-com boom, supporting large-scale hosting infrastructure through a period of rapid growth, volatility, and industry transformation.

Managed over 400 Microsoft Windows servers across web, database, and email platforms, including shared IIS environments, MSSQL databases, and enterprise email systems. Built, configured, and maintained production systems across both shared and dedicated hosting environments.

Played a key role in disaster recovery operations, participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation and working directly with network operations centers in Miami and Fremont during critical incidents, including server outages and recovery scenarios.

Designed and implemented internal infrastructure systems, including a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory environment, Exchange migrations, and enterprise-wide workstation upgrades. Led server migrations from legacy Windows NT and 2000 platforms to modernized environments, often supporting live production systems.

Also performed database administration for internal MSSQL environments, including database design, stored procedures, backup and recovery strategies, and performance tuning.

This experience provided a strong foundation in operating systems at scale, infrastructure reliability, and managing technology through periods of rapid change.
